GOLF CARTS
RIDING PASS
Gold Hills Golf Club will be charging a $5.00 fee per 9 or an 18 hole continuous round, to players riding with members who own carts stored at Gold Hills Golf Club or Legends Subdivision.
A riding pass will be offered, and is only valid when a cart owner is driving or riding on the cart. The pass usage is unlimited and is good for the calendar year. The ridding pass is available for $200. The riding pass may be used on any golf cart that owner has stored.
This does not apply to those players under the age of 15 years old, those members who own their carts or those who have a cart lease with the club. This does not include golf carts owned by Gold Hills.
TRAIL FEES
Trail fees for home owners at Legends Subdivision or players hauling their carts to the golf course, will be charged a fee of $200 per calendar year. This includes Mom, Dad, and Child under the age of 18 years of age. All above rules will apply.
CART LEASES
Golf cart leases or fees must be paid in full by April 1st. Cart leases start April 1st and expire on October 31st for all players. All cart pass holders please turn in keys each day to help us eliminate problems with the keys.
OWNER CARTS
There is limited space for storage. Starting 2011 golf carts stored at Gold Hills Golf Club or Legends Subdivision can only be used by immediate family. The following are the definitions of an immediate family
1) Family – Mom, Dad and child under the age of 18 or
2) Two living in the same household or
3) Single
Dual ownership of carts stored at Gold Hills Golf Club will be allowed. The owner of the cart will need to provide a list of who may use the cart and who will need to pay storage fees.
